Mindful May Walk

I try and do something mindful and take some exercise every day. When I get to take a lunch break and walk mindfully for about an hour, taking in the brief spell of sunshine while also photographing some of the spring delights, I get to combine them.

I have developed a wonderful walking mindfulness which I will share in a later post. But, just breathing mindfully while walking and savouring not only the sights, but the spring smells and sounds as well, is a delight and recharges your batteries very quickly.
