The Mindfully Connected approach uses the power of visualisation (Threnergy Mind-models) to enable you to get in touch with your mind and body.

Visualisation and Perception Points

One of these sets of Mind-models is called Perception Points. These represent specific areas in your body where everything comes together. Ancient terms for these are Chakras or Vortices. Modern terms are Plexuses or Clusters. They are also your balance and power points.

Power, Balance and Mindful Connectivity

Once you know where they are in your body and how to access them, you can intuitively relate to them physically, mentally and with your breath. Having said that, they are neither obvious to find nor to make use of.

I will be conducting a series of seminars later in the summer to show where these Perception Points are, how to access them, and how to use them. Numbers will be limited and places will be offered on a first come first served basis.
